Each Vehicle can accommodate 2 passengers, one sits in the sidecar and the other sits behind the driver, with the possibility of changing seats during stops.
It is important for customers to know that a booking for 2 people takes place with 1 vehicle .
The latest Vespa GTS 300 is custom built for us with a sidecar by local craftsmen. Safe & fun….and even relaxing we may say! VespaSidecar offer our client the luxury of an open top car with a private driver, adding sparkle to your Florence tour.
Absolutely! Our drivers are fully licenced and trained to drive at moderate speeds (max. 40kph/25 mph) to ensure the customers enjoy their rides. VespaSidecar motor vehicles comply with all the latest European regulations and standards.
Unfortunately we do not allow customers to drive, only VespaSidecar trained drivers are allowed
Yes, they absolutely do, during all times when riding . No exceptions.
They have to wear helmets CE homologated provided them by the driver.
In case of light rain/drizzle the Tours will take place as per the booking schedule. We only allow rescheduling (date/time) in case of heavy rain, refunds may be processed where this isn’t possible.
Please note that VespaSidecar does not charge the travel operator/agency if the Tour is cancelled due to bad weather conditions. All refunds shall be processed in the same manner as per the payments.
Customers can wear comfortable clothes, bring a jacket , a pair of sunglasses and a charged phone for the selfies.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the tour start time require full payment.
To receive a full refund, minus bank charges fees, clients can cancel up to 48 hours before the experience start time in the local timezone. No refunds will be given after that time period.
In case of rain we reschedule. If this isn’t possible, we will refund the whole amount less bank charges. In case of rain during the tour, we continue, in terms of your safety of course.
